Solution: Work closely with each supermarket department to create the desired image and a service-friendly atmosphere; each subsequent new store is redesigned to stay competitive with new trends and offered services. Challenge: To develop a cheerful, fun and inviting design that could be used as a prototype for new restaurants, using the established Hacienda theme. Solution: Design a prototype structure based on 8,000 square feet with seating for 300 customers; design reflects the restaurant’s dilapidated theme, using brick, stucco, and Spanish tile. The interior uses a variety of colors and textures to create visual interest.
