Challenge: To develop a cheerful, fun and inviting design
that could be used as a prototype for new restaurants, using the established Hacienda
theme.
Solution: Design a prototype structure based on 8,000 square
feet with seating for 300 customers; design reflects the restaurant’s dilapidated
theme, using brick, stucco, and Spanish tile. The interior uses a variety of colors
and textures to create visual interest. |
