Edison Middle School Challenge: Upgrade this 1955 facility designed for K-8 to meet the needs of a middle school instructional program. Solution: Complete renovation and major addition to increase core education spaces to meet 21st Century needs. Develop pods on the second floor to accommodate the team-teaching concept; install voice, video, and data educational technology systems connecting all instructional space.
